DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The notice of withdrawal can be sent, within the same deadline, also by telegram or fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered mail with return receipt by 48 ore successive. If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return it within the deadline 15 (fifteen) working days starting from the date of delivery of the goods. The goods must be returned packaged in their original packaging. A copy of the electronic order receipt must be attached to the returned product. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, Hello world is required to refund the sums paid by the customer. without the need for explicit consent pursuant to art, will proceed free of charge with the transmission of the credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped by 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer. EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the goods, Decalsdesign reserves the right to declare, pursuant to and for the purposes of the art. 1456 of the Civil Code, terminated this contract by sending a written communication to the customer's email address.
